Established in 1994 as a Multi-disciplinary Teaching, Consulting, Research & Development Institute to assist companies, professionals, students, and Individuals in their innovative and creative endeavor utilizing the nexus (connection) between disciplines of Science, Engineering, Geo- Environment and Humanities including Ethics, Social Engineering, Social Entropy, Historical Cycles and progressions.

As a Research and Development Institute we promote and work in variety of research disciplines Petrochemical, geo and environmental impact, tertiary recovery of oil fields, remediation, etc. another part of our research involves the extraction of essential oils from South American native plants for health and medical use; we have extensive research in Global Warming and the environmental impact in living species of the planet.
